The Perfectly Imperfect Project
Last year, Corrine Milam and I created The Perfectly Imperfect Project, an Instagram account used to break the teenage mental health stigma. After facing our own personal battles, we wanted to use our stories to help others realize that mental health should be talked about and even with these hardships, we are all perfectly imperfect.
